Division Manager – Framework Contracts (Ireland/UK)

Due to recent business development success, Landell Mills (www.landell-mills.com) is looking to recruit a Division Manager for our internal Framework Contracts Division. Landell Mills is a consortia leader and active partner on multiple donor-funded global framework contracts (FWCs). This service area delivers individual assignments defined and contracted through specific contracts, using short-term expertise that is often mobilised at short notice.

This role will support the Division in its acquisition and implementation of specific contracts under new and existing FWC agreements with clients such as the EU, UNICEF, FAO, ILO and FCDO. This includes four recently awarded contracts with the EU – Services for EU’s external action – that Landell Mills will lead in the technical areas of agriculture, food security and nutrition (SEA Lot 3); private sector development and trade (SEA Lot 7); monitoring (SEA Lot 15); and intervention-level evaluations (SEA Lot 16).

The position will be based either in Ireland (Blackrock, Dublin) or the UK (Trowbridge, Wiltshire). In the UK, there is also the option to work at our Bristol office. We operate a hybrid work from home / office culture but in a new role and with an enhanced team, we would expect the FWC Division Manager to have considerable day-to-day in-person contract with the Division team and management team. Limited overseas travel will be required as part of the job.
