Developing an Anti-Racism Policy – Working Group
If you missed out on last years session and would like to be part of it- we are running our ‘Developing an Anti-Racism Policy’ group again in 2025. Part of our work is to support our community to tackle systemic racism in the International Development sector, which we know from a 2022 Parliamentary Inquiry is pervasive across the systems and structures of the aid sector.
We’re holding an online, peer-learning session on Thursday 6th Feb 1-2pm with a specific focus on developing an Anti-Racism Policy.
If your organisation has an Anti-Racism policy and you’d be willing to share, or if your organisation has not yet started the process and is looking for support, please come along.
We’ll also be taking this opportunity to share some details of our planned activities to increase locally-led and anti-racist practice in our sector, including sharing our indicators for how we hope to measure the shift.
This session will be open to everyone working in international development and you can register here.
