CEO

Would you like to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the most innovative actors in the water stewardship and water, sanitation and hygiene sectors (WASH)? Join Frank Water’s friendly and effective team as we enter an ambitious new phase to deliver our vision of a future where everyone, everywhere has access to resilient water resources for generations to come.

2025 will mark our 20th Anniversary and as we consider our ambitions for the next decade, our Founder & CEO, Katie Alcott, has decided to step back from operational leadership to focus on fundraising, advocacy, and building partnerships with key players in our field. We’re therefore seeking a new CEO as we shape the next chapter of Frank Water’s story.

  • Scale up our impact whilst maintaining our culture of integrity, authenticity, kindness & humility
  • Review & refresh our our strategy, business model, financial model and organisational structure

  • Develop plans to operationalise the strategy in an integrated way across all teams in the organisation.
  • Create a set of impact and delivery measures to evaluate progress against plan, and to form the basis of regular reports to the Board of Trustees.
  • Review and improve the financial sustainability of Frank Water, including the funding model and business model, ensuring we generate the necessary finances for growth.
  • Support and empower the Senior Leadership Team to review their own operating plans, developing and delivering any necessary improvements and changes.
  • Ensure that we are compliant with all regulatory requirements and adheres to best practice. Review and maintain the policy framework at Frank Water to this end.
