Evaluation and Impact Officer (Part-time)

Hours                                                 17.5 hours per week (with opportunities for flexible working)

Location                                           Hybrid working, Edinburgh Office at least once a fortnight          

Annual Leave                                   31 days plus 6 public holidays    (pro -rata)                                        

Salary                                                 £28,665 (pro -rata)

About the role

Working closely across the small team at the Alliance, this post plays a key role in ensuring the Alliance is implementing its strategy principally through key data management. The postholder will lead on the Alliance’s work of using data to measure and help maximise our impact by ensuring evidence-gathering and evaluation systems are in place, supporting organisation of membership data to improve services, collecting evidence for report writing for internal and external audiences, working with other team members to harmonise processes and tools for learning and reporting on activities and outcomes, and ensuring compliant data handling by leading on data protection within the Alliance.  

The jobholder will also be expected to support the delivery of Alliance activities and events, including logistical preparations and reporting; to assist with documenting, administration, reporting and evaluation for both online and in person training, learning activities and other events.

The Alliance has excellent working terms including piloting a 4 day week which may continue.
